1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Yuli's Cleaning Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services. Quotes are estimates — final pricing may vary based on specific site conditions upon inspection.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: free. Less than 24 hours: 50% charge. No-shows: 100% charge.
4. Payments
We accept credit/debit cards and recurring subscriptions. Payments are processed after each cleaning or as agreed in your plan.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with our work, we'll come back and re-clean at no charge within 24 hours — just let us know.
6. Liability
Our team is insured and bonded. Damage reports must be filed within 24 hours of service.
